Due to the end of the previous Ombudsperson’s tenure, hearings were delayed for over three months, causing a sharp rise in pending cases and affecting many litigants. To address this, the new Ombudsperson has increased the number of daily hearings from 15–20 to 70–80, ensuring faster case resolution and timely justice.
