It is with deep humility and a profound sense of responsibility that I assume the role of Ombudsperson for Workplace Harassment and Women’s Property Rights.

This office stands at the intersection of justice, dignity, and equality. Every woman has the right to a workplace free from fear and intimidation, and to claim and enjoy her property without barriers, discrimination, or dispossession. These are not privileges—they are fundamental rights.

As Ombudsperson, I am committed to strengthening institutional protections, ensuring accessible redressal mechanisms, and creating awareness that empowers women to stand firm in their rights. My focus will be on transparency, timely action, and building trust—especially for those who have long felt unheard.

Together, we must foster a culture that refuses to tolerate harassment in any form and that affirms every woman’s equal stake in our society’s resources and opportunities.

I invite all citizens, institutions, and stakeholders to join hands in this collective effort. True progress is only possible when we protect the dignity and rights of every individual—equally and without exception.
